b. Technical Issues on Our End: If significant and irreparable technical issues caused by Sektall (ATG HOST) prevent you from accessing or using your service, and our team cannot resolve the issue within 14 days of notification, you may request a refund.

c. Overpayment or Duplicate Transactions: If an overpayment or duplicate transaction occurs, you may request a refund for the excess amount within 7 days of the transaction date.

Refund requests for the scenarios above must meet the requirements outlined in Section 5 of this policy.


3. Non-Refundable Services

The following payments and services are strictly non-refundable:

 Domain name registrations, renewals, or transfers.

 SSL certificates and other third-party products or services purchased through Sektall (ATG HOST).

 Any setup fees associated with services.

 Payments made for SEO campaigns, consulting, or customization services.

 One-time services or promotional offers explicitly marked as non-refundable.

 Terminations resulting from violations of our Terms of Use or acceptable use policies.


4. Refunds for Subscription Services

For subscription-based services:

  •  Refunds are not available for unused portions of the subscription period.

  •  Cancellation of a subscription will terminate the service at the end of the current billing cycle.


5. Refund Request Process

To request a refund:

a. Submit a Support Ticket: Contact us via our support system within the applicable refund request period.

b. Provide Necessary Information: Include your order ID, payment method, and detailed reason for the refund request.

c. Verification: Allow our team to review and verify your claim. Additional documentation or information may be requested to process your request.

d. Approval or Denial: We will notify you of the outcome of your refund request within 7 business days of receipt.


6. Refund Method and Processing Time

Approved refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction. Refunds may take up to 14 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider or financial institution.


7. Chargebacks and Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback or dispute with your bank or payment provider, your account with Sektall (ATG HOST) may be permanently suspended or terminated. We reserve the right to:

  • a. Contest the Chargeback: Provide documentation to dispute fraudulent or unwarranted claims.

  • b. Recover Costs: Seek reimbursement for any fees or losses incurred due to the chargeback.


8. Exceptional Cases

In rare cases, Sektall (ATG HOST) may, at its sole discretion, offer refunds or credits outside the standard terms outlined in this policy. These exceptions are assessed on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.
